01 Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vpronix website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to the public website only. They do not replace or modify any separate written agreement governing use of Vpronix software or services.
02 Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or related systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.
- Introduce malicious code, or scrape or harvest content other than as permitted by automated tools we expressly allow.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any submission.
03 Inquiries and submissions
If you submit information through the Site — for example via the "Request a briefing" form — you confirm that it is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. We handle the personal information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit classified, export-controlled or unlawfully obtained material through the Site.
04 Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, layout and code — are owned by or licensed to Vpronix and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The "Vpronix" name and logo are trademarks of Vpronix. You may view and print pages for your own internal reference, but you may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute or exploit Site content without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We provide these for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site. Following such links is at your own risk.
06 Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", for general information only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vpronix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Performance figures, accuracy claims and other statistics shown on the Site are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise and do not constitute a representation or warranty.
07 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vpronix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
08 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Vpronix harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
09 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vpronix is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. Specify the applicable jurisdiction before publishing.
10 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "last updated" date above will be revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
