01 Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Vpronix ("Vpronix", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website. It applies to visitors who browse our pages, request a briefing or otherwise contact us.
It does not govern personal data processed within deployments of our software at customer sites. Where Vpronix is installed on-premises or in a customer's sovereign environment, the customer is the controller of any voice recordings and voiceprints, and their own privacy notice applies.
02 Who we are
Vpronix is the controller responsible for personal information collected through this website. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact our privacy team using the details in section 13.
03 Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact details you submit through the "Request a briefing" form — such as your name, work email, organization, country and sector.
- The content of any message or inquiry you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and operating system.
- Usage data about the pages you view and how you navigate the site.
- Information collected through strictly necessary cookies — see our Cookie Policy.
04 How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and arrange a briefing.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To communicate with you about the matter you contacted us about.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
05 Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (for non-essential cookies, where used); our legitimate interests in operating and securing our website and responding to business inquiries; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.
07 A note on voice data
Vpronix builds voice-biometric software designed to run inside our customers' own environments. In a typical deployment, voice recordings and the voiceprints derived from them never leave the customer's perimeter and are never transmitted to Vpronix.
This website does not capture, request or process your voice. If a future feature of this site processes audio, this policy will be updated and your consent obtained where required.
08 International transfers
If we transfer personal information across borders, we use lawful transfer mechanisms — such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses — to ensure it remains protected.
09 Data retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then delete or anonymize it. Website technical logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics.
10 Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including access controls, encryption in transit and staff confidentiality obligations. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our controls regularly.
11 Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any right, contact us using section 13. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
12 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, where changes are significant, provide a more prominent notice.
